v0.4 - Third Boss

The main content here is the addition of 3rd boss, after which game loops into stage 3 with completely random enemies as a temporary solution.
Among other changes there is a score system simplification unifying the boss spawns,
Meaning that boss portals will now appear every X500 score, and every stage lasts ~500 score depending on your choice to finish extra enemies.
Minor bug fixes.
